Finished products can be:
collected in person from our production facility or warehouse at “Lielrūķi”, Salaspils pagasts, Salaspils novads, LV-1006; or
delivered and/or installed upon mutual agreement between the Company and the client.
Delivery and installation services are offered for an additional fee, depending on project size, location, and specific requirements.
Our products are typically custom-made based on the client’s specifications (such as dimensions, materials, and design).
Therefore, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where:
the product has a manufacturing defect; or
it does not comply with the agreed specifications.

Due to the nature of our products and services, no separate commercial warranty is provided.
However, we ensure that all materials and workmanship meet professional standards.

natural characteristics or variations of the materials (such as texture, pattern, or shade differences typical of stone and composites);
delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or client-provided errors).
All text, photographs, design elements, and other content published on this Website are the intellectual property of ART STONE SIA or are used with permission.
