These Terms of Service (hereinafter — “Terms”) regulate the use of the website www.artstone.lv (hereinafter — “Website”), operated by ART STONE SIA (hereinafter — “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website serves as an informational and portfolio platform that presents our materials, products, and completed projects.
It allows visitors to:

All projects and orders are discussed, confirmed, and executed individually.

3. Project Inquiries and Orders

When a client submits an inquiry through the contact form or directly contacts us:

• We review the request and communicate with the client to clarify project details, such as measurements, materials, and design preferences.
  
  

• Based on this information, we prepare an approximate project estimate.
  
  

• If the client agrees, we proceed to site measurements, final quotation, and project agreement.
  
  

All agreements, including prices, deadlines, and conditions, are confirmed individually between the parties and are not finalized through the Website.

4. Delivery and Collection

Finished products can be:

• collected in person from our production facility or warehouse at “Lielrūķi”, Salaspils pagasts, Salaspils novads, LV-1006; or
  
  

• delivered and/or installed upon mutual agreement between the Company and the client.
  
  

Delivery and installation services are offered for an additional fee, depending on project size, location, and specific requirements.

5. Returns and Order Cancellation

Our products are typically custom-made based on the client’s specifications (such as dimensions, materials, and design).
Therefore, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where:

• the product has a manufacturing defect; or
  
  

• it does not comply with the agreed specifications.
  
  

If such a situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible at info@artstone.lv to resolve the issue.

6. Warranty and Liability

Due to the nature of our products and services, no separate commercial warranty is provided.
However, we ensure that all materials and workmanship meet professional standards.

The Company is not liable for:

• damage caused by improper installation, handling, or maintenance by the client or third parties;
  
  

• natural characteristics or variations of the materials (such as texture, pattern, or shade differences typical of stone and composites);
  
  

• delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or client-provided errors).
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

All text, photographs, design elements, and other content published on this Website are the intellectual property of ART STONE SIA or are used with permission.
Reproduction, distribution, or any other use of the content without prior written consent is prohibited.
